Returns

We want you to be happy with and enjoy the product you have purchased.

However, if you receive product which is defective, damaged or incorrect, you can return the product within 30 days of your purchase, for a refund or exchange.

Our returns policy does not apply to goods which have been ordered incorrectly or you have ‘changed your mind’.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please return the item in the original packaging.

To complete your return we require proof of purchase.

Please allow approximately two weeks from the day you return your package for us to assess and process your return.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed using the original payment type. Credit card refunds will be processed against the original card used to make the purchase.

 

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?

Once we’ve received and accepted your return, we’ll notify Afterpay to cancel all future payments.

If you have already made one or more payments, the instalments paid will be refunded to the card you used to place the order.

If you’ve posted your item back to us, we’ll send you an email updating you on the progress of your refund.

You’ll also hear from Afterpay to let you know your future payments have been cancelled.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are only made if an item has been inspected and found to be defective or damaged.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, we will advise shipping details for the replacement item.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

 

Returns by Post/Courier

Please specify the reason for return and ensure that your return parcel is securely packaged and that both the sender’s address and the Redd Leather address are clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.

Redd Leather is not liable for any loss of a returned item that is in transit to our warehouse.

To avoid delivery issues, we suggest using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs to return items, and if the returned item is accepted, the reasonable cost of returning the item will be refunded.
